The Indian Premier League is growing from strength to strength. IPL 2009, beginning on April 18 in South Africa is proof of it. The very first edition of IPL in 2008 was bang on target and thrilled millions of cricket enthusiasts everywhere. Even those didn’t give a hoot to cricket were taken by storm with this form of the game. It was a mega gala event that colored April for many with loud vivacity. Cricketers morphed into gladiators on the field and the crowd roared on. IPL 2009 is touted to be more animated, almost double fold.
